Jennie has released her latest solo track “Someone to Hold,” which is part of the soundtrack for the upcoming Netflix animated film Steps. The song was written and produced by Justin Tranter and features a melodic neo‑disco style with strings, slapping bass and layered vocals.
The track appears on the film’s official soundtrack, which also includes three other original songs by Tranter. Steps retells the Cinderella story with a new twist, starring Ali Wong, Bette Midler, Stephanie Hsu and Nikki Glaser.
